Job Description
F.H. Paschen is seeking an Estimator to work with a team to estimate potential projects and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-8 years of experience in estimating, cost control, project management, and/or engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or another degree related to the built environment
- 5-8 years estimating, cost control, project management, and/or engineering experience in construction environment
- Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, plus ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems
