Project Manager - JOC

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to oversee Job Order Contracting Projects with various clients and project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, design, and project management, as well as knowledge of Job Order Contracts and various delivery methods.

Requirements

• B.S in Construction Management or Engineering and / or 5-10 years of construction experience
• Well versed in Job Order Contracts
• Experience of various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM@Risk
• Experience in Higher Ed, PK-12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation markets is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, CM14 and/or Procore
• Knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills
