Senior Estimator

F.H. Paschen is a construction company with over 115 years of experience. We offer a wide range of services and are looking for a Senior Estimator to lead our preconstruction team. The successful candidate will have experience with preconstruction and estimating, strong communication and organizational skills, and a degree in construction or civil engineering.

Requirements

• Promote the growth and development of Client and Designer relationships.
• Prepare preliminary budgets, conceptual estimates and detailed estimates.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Consultants to identify, track and implement value engineering opportunities.
• Have a working knowledge of material unit costs, systems square foot costs and total building square foot costs.
• Assist in the preparation of preliminary construction schedules and work plans.
• Participate in preconstruction presentations with the Owner.
