Senior Project Manager

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead teams and manage projects in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a B.S in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of construction experience. Key responsibilities include budgeting, production planning, and staffing, as well as overseeing project managers and ensuring project schedules and owner expectations are met.

Requirements

• B.S in Construction Management or Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience
• Experience with a general contractor managing projects or programs
• Ability to manage project and personnel simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting, and cash flow management
• Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills
