Senior Project Manager

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead teams and manage projects, with a focus on construction, design, and supervision. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in construction project management.

Requirements

• Develop plan and direct overall activities to achieve construction objectives
• Responsible for budgeting, production planning and staffing
• Responsible for the hiring and staffing needs of regional office
• Work with General Superintendent to plan, organize and direct all department activities
• Train and develop personnel assigned to the office
• Develop strategy for sustaining office and to support planned growth
• Monitor owner satisfaction
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are being adhered to in the regional office
