Superintendent

F.H. Paschen seeks a Superintendent to oversee day-to-day supervision of project site, establish safety plan, and maintain discipline at jobsite. Responsibilities include conducting on-site meetings, supervising subcontractors and company field labor, and collaborating on schedule preparation.

Requirements

• 7+ years General Construction experience
• 5+ years experience supervising construction scopes of work
• Experience supervising Job Order Contract projects preferred
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred
• Communication, supervisory and organizational skills are necessary
