Job Description
We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team at F.H. Paschen. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of General Construction experience and 5+ years of supervising construction scopes of work. The role involves direct supervision of project site, establishing safety plans, and collaborating with subcontractors, owners, and tradesmen.
Requirements
- 7+ years General Construction experience
- 5+ years' experience supervising construction scopes of work
- Experience supervising Job Order Contract projects preferred
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred
- Communication, supervisory and organizational skills
