Requirements
- Provide support for a team of sales people
- Enter information into internal ordering system
- Manage and verify shipping information
- Process custom orders with increased complexity
- Monitor open orders for assigned sales representative
- Negotiate and track with freight companies on shipping of carpet orders
- Ensure all charges are accurate on sales orders and invoices
- Deliver excellent customer service
