Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of professional software development
- Minimum 4+ years with Java/Spring Boot + Angular stack
- Proven experience designing scalable, cloud-native systems
- Strong track record shipping production systems reliably
- Experience mentoring or leading other developers
- Excellent communication in English and German
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Mentoring and coaching capabilities
- Proactive, self-directed, takes ownership
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
