Job Description
F5 is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to join their team within the F5 Digital Organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and Sales Compensation programs, with a focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions and processes. They will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday, particularly in HCM or related modules
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Sales Compensation programs, incentive plan design, or commission processing
- Experience with API integrations or familiarity with integration platforms
