Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in an engineering management role
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Extensive experience with frontend and backend web application delivery
• Proven track record of effectively leading multidisciplinary teams
• Agile and Process Focused
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts
