Manager, Solutions Engineering

F5 is seeking a Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead the Solutions Engineering team within Nordic countries. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of the team, establishing objectives, and delegating assignments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical SEs, a thorough understanding of networking technologies, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience
• MEDDPICC certified, preferred
• Number of years' experience managing technical SEs in a management role
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technologies
• Self-motivated and have the ability to persuade direct reports and others outside the organization
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization
