Job Description
F5 is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around F5 solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and knowledge on F5 products and the "eco-system" that F5 works in. The role involves articulating F5's value proposition and solutions for customer business objectives, providing technical expertise, and mentoring sales teams.
Requirements
- Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, and positioning
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and solution designs
- Mentor and educate sales teams on value of F5 solutions and business drivers
- Determine viability of opportunity and map out organizational structure
- Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager
- Consistently provide world-class customer service through the customer life cycle
