Job Description
This position is a hands-on supervisor role to lead daily operations in a growing precast concrete manufacturing facility. The Production Supervisor is responsible for delivering measurable results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Employee Engagement (SQDCE) while leading crews in wet cast and/or prestress production.
Requirements
- Manage daily production execution for precast operations
- Conducts daily startup meetings to review SQDC performance
- Establishes a lean vision for processes
- Provides continuous feedback to members regarding their personal performance
- Increases the team's skill depth through use of cross-training matrices
- Responsible for managing team members, including participating in recruitment and orientation
- Address issues quickly and escalate when needed
