Job Description
Fabletics is seeking a Production Assistant to join the Creative Production team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and energetic, with experience in a production environment. The role involves supporting the Producer in planning, coordination, and execution of studio productions, as well as overall studio operations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a Production Environment (TV Commercials, Photography, Digital Video Advertising)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Word, Dropbox, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a member of a hard-working team to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to project a calm disposition at all times, setting a positive example for the rest of the team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Availability of a vehicle for runs
- Comfortable discussing challenging topics with employees of all levels, including executives, to solve problems
- Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation
