Staff Software Engineer

Fabletics is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead technical direction for a domain, guiding delivery of multiple initiatives and shaping the evolution of our architecture. This role will involve modernizing our CI/CD and release systems, building system-enforced pipelines, and driving platform and product impact across our web stack.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with deep technical expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems and deployment workflows
• Experience designing automation-driven quality or delivery systems
• Experience leading technical projects and influencing architectural decisions
