Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the general ledger, overseeing the monthly financial statement close process, and supervising the accounting team. Key responsibilities include financial close & reporting, team leadership, process improvement, technical accounting, audit & compliance, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 6–8 years of experience combined from public accounting and private companies.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including familiarity with revenue recognition and stock-based compensation.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP is required.
• Process-driven with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills and highly inquisitive.
• Passion for building a fast-growing company and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
