Commis compable / Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and ensuring financial accuracy.

Requirements

• Prepare month-end adjusting entries, including event sales and prepaid expenses
• Record and reconcile company credit card transactions
• Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations
• Assist in developing and maintaining automation for accounting processes
• Post invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and troubleshoot Excel macros and Power Query tools
