Site Safety Representative (Dallas)

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Site Safety Representative to ensure proper administration of Site Safety policy and procedures, including employee compliance, safety inspections, and follow-up on incidents and accidents.

Requirements

• Counsel employees and managers on policy issues
• Assist jobsite safety audits and follow-up as needed
• Ensure Job Hazard Analysis are conducted in accordance with company policy
• Ensure Energized Permits are conducted in accordance with company policy
• Investigate and conduct Root Cause Analysis for incidents and accidents
