The Community Manager will lead day-to-day management, engagement, and growth of the Sense Collective community, ensuring members experience real value through curated content, connections, and programming. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for members, managing relationships, and facilitating community discussions and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or has worked in a legal environment
- 4+ years of experience in community management, client success, or relationship management
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling professional or peer-learning communities
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience with community platforms (e.g., Circle, Mighty Networks, Hivebrite, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate community insights into broader engagement and content opportunities
