Sr. Financial Analyst

Factored is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance, with expertise in consolidation, account mapping, and reporting. They will be responsible for preparing and delivering monthly financial reporting packages, conducting managerial P&L analyses, and improving financial reporting processes and automation.

Requirements

• Strong background (+5 years) in Accounting, Financial reporting, or corporate finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Clear understanding of US and Colombian financial regulations and financial statement structure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (ERP)
• Keen attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluent in English
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
