Cell Product Development Engineer

Factorial Energy is seeking a Cell Product Development Engineer to join their team in Cheonan, South Korea. The ideal candidate will have experience in cell product development and be able to interpret test plans and collaborate with the development team to complete cell qualifications.

Requirements

• Develop and optimize cell design, including production, validation, certification, use cases, DVP, and report templates
• Coordinate with customers regarding testing standards, plans, and schedules
• Lead mass production readiness assessments and execute DV (Design Verification) evaluations in accordance with product development milestones
• Follow up on cell testing, including conducting tests, analyzing results, resolving testing issues, and supporting the cell development team in failure analysis
• Track and interpret international standards and regulations, and benchmark against industry-leading testing standards
