Job Description
Factorial Energy is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Solid-State Battery Product Development to join our team in Billerica, MA. This person will lead lithium-ion cell new product development, from prototype design and validation through pilot-line scale-up and production ramp, and partner with R&D, process, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in lithium-ion battery product development
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Strong background in cell design, electrochemistry testing, materials characterisation, and failure analysis
- Pilot-line scale-up and DFMEA/PFMEA experience
- Familiarity with automotive quality frameworks (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP)
