Job Description
We are seeking a driven and dynamic business leader to act as a Location Manager. The position is responsible for strategically leading and managing the distribution operation, including inventory management, staff supervision, cash management, and customer service.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role
- 3 years of P&L responsibility
- Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, the capability to analyze reports and information to improve processes and business outcomes, as well as the ability to motivate a dynamic team
- Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely
