Frontend Engineer

Factory is seeking talented frontend engineers to help build out the human-AI interaction patterns that define our core platform. Frontend engineers will collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to create elegant, high-impact user-facing features from within a modern React and TypeScript codebase.

Requirements

• A strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development roles
• Proficiency in a diverse set of programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to TypeScript, React, Next.js, Redux, CSS, Styled Component and Tailwind
• 4+ years experience building a highly scalable consumer grade web application with React or similar framework
