Faculty is a company that uses AI to transform performance for global customers. We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our Defence team, which focuses on building and embedding human-centered AI solutions for the defence sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a professional data science or quantitative academic role
• Strong Python programming skills, proficient in essential libraries (NumPy, Pandas) and a deep-learning framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Solid grasp of core data science techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series, NLP, model validation)
• Ability to innovate new algorithms
• Rigorous scientific and entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
