The Senior Manager will lead the delivery of AI-powered agents that optimize critical processes within global life sciences and healthcare.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technology consulting, product development, or a similar high-impact, customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically complex projects, particularly those involving AI/ML technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and foster trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing senior customer relationships and influencing outcomes across multiple internal and external teams.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in ambitious, fast-paced environments where you can find pragmatic paths through ambiguity.
