Software Engineer

Faculty is a company that specializes in human-centric AI solutions, and they're looking for a Software Engineer to join their Defence team. The role involves building and extending critical components of client deliverables, delivering robust technical artefacts, and collaborating with MLE and Data Science teams.

Requirements

• Proven ability to solve bounded technical problems
• Hands-on experience in application development with a solid understanding of system architecture
• Proficient in Python and have contributed to production codebases in Rust, C++, Go, C#, or Java
• Experience participating in complex technical projects, including pair programming and code reviews
• Comfortable working with Docker and GitLab to manage modern deployment pipelines
