Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Role Overview

Perform entry-level duties in shipping and receiving, including picking, packing, and re-labeling product for shipping purposes. Assist in shipping product to customers and maintain accurate inventory records.

What You Will Do

Pick, pack, and re-label orders, transfer parts to internal teams, unload and load trucks, assist with cycle counts and physical inventory, and perform material handling tasks.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months of on-the-job training or experience in shipping and receiving, and strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1 – 3 months on the job training and or experience related to Shipping and Receiving
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Requires attention to detail, accuracy is a must
• Ability to operate CMS/ERP system effectively
• Ability to use stairway ladder
• Ability to operate forklift
• Ability to operate R.F. (radio frequency) gun
• Ability to learn and use new computer programs
