Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Role Overview

This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk verifies incoming orders, completes stocking duties, separates and invoices customer orders, and prepares parts for shipment.

Verify incoming shipments, complete stocking duties, separate and invoice customer orders, complete interbranch transfers, and prepare parts for shipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• One-year experience in shipping and receiving in heavy duty parts
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to interpret vendor catalogs
• Ability to use parts department computer system, calculator, and forklift and hand trucks
• Ability to use mechanical tools such as crimpers, cutters, pliers, wrenches, and tape measure
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
