Mechanical Engineer - Hunt Valve

Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of naval power technology. The role offers hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to real-world manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution
• 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Familiarity with ANSI drawing standards and GD&T
