Property Inspector

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Inspector to manage property inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, carefully documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive reports for property owners and management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a property inspector, or a related capacity.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Prior experience with Property Management Ticketing Systems, such as AppFolio or Yardi, is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multi-tasking, telephone skills, time-management, organization, attention to detail, scheduling.
• Ability to work well under pressure and act as a problem solver and team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel), Outlook, Windows and database applications.
