Faire is seeking a People Analytics & AI Specialist to join their team. The role involves structuring, governing, and using People Team data, and serving as a bridge between People and IT to unlock AI-enabled work. The ideal candidate will have technical fluency, AI tool judgment, cross-functional translation skills, and structured problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Ensure People Team data is clean, documented, and accessible
• Provide business leaders with reliable, self-service access to key metrics
• Establish data governance standards and maintain them
• Monitor integration runs, troubleshoot data syncs, and perform UAT for HRIS changes
• Develop an AI roadmap and prioritize backlog based on actual workflow analysis
• Support People team leaders to drive towards AI-augmented tooling
