Requirements

• Directly manage a cross-functional team of engineers
• Partner with product management and design on team strategy and roadmapping
• Champion customer empathy and advocacy
• Lead scoping and sprint planning within teams
• Oversee the health and quality of the production system
• Identify and scope infrastructure or tooling changes
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools and processes
• Dive into architecture, designs, and code to lead teams effectively
• Lead contributor and owner of process and team structure decisions
