Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Partnerships
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies
• Proven experience managing external agencies or vendors
• Hands-on experience in testing and launching new growth channels
• Ability to identify and cultivate high-value third-party partnerships
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and execution skills
