Faire is seeking a Staff Product Designer to define and design the next generation of search and discovery experiences at Faire. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience designing complex digital products, with a passion for collaboration, mentoring, and driving a culture of excellence in design.

• Lead end-to-end design: from deep discovery and rapid prototyping through polished execution and production
