Staff Product Manager - FinTech & Ops

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace that connects independent retailers with products from around the world. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead high-impact FinTech & Ops initiatives that drive efficient growth across our marketplace.

Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience
• Prior Staff or equivalent senior PM experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience on marketplace products and financial technology
• Operational focus and ability to work with operational teams
• Analytical excellence and ability to design and run experiments
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Outcome orientation and ability to ship products tied to measurable business outcomes
• Customer centricity and passion for understanding user needs and behaviors
