Staff Product Manager, Pricing

Faire is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Brand Pricing to help brands offer compelling, competitive prices that drive sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management at a high-growth tech startup and a strong understanding of customer needs and underlying motivations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product at a high-growth tech startup or as a startup founder.
• Ability to deeply understand customer needs and underlying motivations, especially in spaces where customers aren’t great at predicting how changes will impact their behavior
• Inspiring leadership skills and ability to work with a strong team to build improvements for customers.
• Extraordinary learning ability and intellectual horsepower to deeply understand new topics and pick up new skills in a very short time.
• Resourcefulness and ability to power through challenging work with limited information and ambiguity.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify unintuitive solutions to tough problems.
• Passion and positive energy that draws other people in.
