Groundskeeper

Fairfield is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the curb appeal of our apartment communities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role involves daily property walks, trash removal, seasonal property needs, and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred
• Ability to speak and understand English
• General computer knowledge
• Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
• Valid driver's license is required
