Maintenance Supervisor

Fairfield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee maintenance repairs, schedule preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies while providing exceptional customer service to residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (preferred)
• Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
• A valid driver's license
