Job Description
Fairfield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance professionals in keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. The role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (strongly preferred)
- Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Valid driver's license
