Maintenance Technician II

As a Maintenance Technician II at Fairfield, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our residential community. You will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing issues in electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents. You will also participate in the emergency on-call rotation and contribute to a positive living experience for our residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade required
