Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our residential community, performing daily maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing issues in electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade
