Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or related trade
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Computer skills, including operating a mobile device
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
