Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our residential community, performing daily maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing issues, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- General computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
