Regional Manager - Property Management

Regional Manager oversees multifamily community operations, driving financial performance, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. They mentor and develop community managers, manage budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure properties perform at their peak.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• CAM or CPM certification preferred
• Real Estate License preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum of five years of progressive multifamily property management experience
• Experience with Tax Credit Compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 subsidy programs required
• Experience with New Build Lease Up required
• Experience with Resyndication / Redevelopment
• Multi-site management experience preferred
• Experience in a leadership position and proven ability to develop and manage a successful team
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
• Experience in writing and maintaining budgets
• Prior experience preparing for a REAC inspection, as needed for HUD properties
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
