Job Description
The School of Engineering and Computing at Fairfield University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor rank in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The successful candidate will be required to develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses, supervise MS-level theses, and pursue scholarly activities.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related area
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to effectively teach both undergraduate and graduate courses
- Demonstrated potential to engage in research and conduct funded research in a relevant field, along with a demonstrable publication record
