Job Description
The Associate Dean, Student Success is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the student experience at the Egan School of Nursing & Health Studies, including academic advising, progression, student success initiatives, and experiential learning activities. The position requires a Doctorate in Nursing, Public Health, or related health discipline, and experience in student affairs, advising, and experiential/clinical education within higher education.

- Progressive leadership experience in student affairs, advising, and experiential/clinical education within higher education
- Demonstrated experience overseeing partner engagement and clinical/field placement systems
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives
