Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to gain hands-on experience across key areas of the business, including property operations, leasing, maintenance, finance, and people & culture.

Requirements

• Assist with leasing, property tours, and resident services
• Support day-to-day property operations by communicating with residents and prospective residents
• Participate in property inspections and unit inspections
• Creating and reviewing work orders in AppFolio
• Gain an understanding of rent processing, billing, and owner distributions
• Learn how properties generate revenue
• Support prospecting of potential clients, conduct property inspections, and review property management agreements
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Learn how strong company culture is built
