Onsite Manager

Fairgrove Property Management seeks an Onsite Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community, including leasing, marketing, and resident services. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in property management and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Primary point of contact for residents and vendors
• Manage leasing process using Appfolio
• Maintain accurate property and resident information
• Manage vendor performance
• Maintain working knowledge of landlord-tenant and fair housing laws
• Review and approve vendor invoices
• Participate in On-Site Management Council meetings
• Conduct weekly review of dashboard metrics
• Order and maintain inventory of materials and supplies
